Air Fryer Bloody Mary

The ULTIMATE filthy brunch treat!

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml 58 and CO Olive Oil Vodka
  • 10ml Pickle juice
  • Top with tomato juice
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco to taste

GARNISH

  • Tajin salt rim
  • Celery stick, crispy bacon, lemon wedge, olives, pickles
  • Burger slider

METHOD

For the burger slider and bacon:

  1. Divide burgers into small patties and place in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes, turning and adding a small piece of cheese half way through. Pop some smoked streaky bacon in with it until crispy.

For the Bloody Mary:

  1. While your slider's in the air fryer, build your Bloody Mary.
  2. Rim your glass with the lemon wedge and dip into Tajin chilli salt.
  3. Add all ingredients to a highball glass with ice and stir well.
  4. Garnish with celery, bacon, lemon wedge, olives, pickles and burger slider, grate over frozen jalapeño.
