A fun and easy twist on an Aperol Spritz with boozy ice lollies!
INGREDIENTS
- Aperol
- Flat* cloudy lemonade (the kind with sugar - you need the sugar to help it freeze)
- A spoon of agave or maple syrup
- Prosecco
*TOP TIP if you can’t find flat lemonade, stir fizzy lemonade for a couple of minutes and the bubbles will disappear!

METHOD
For the ice lollies, mix together the Aperol, lemonade and maple syrup. Pour into ice lolly moulds and leave in the freezer overnight.
To serve, simply pop you Aperolly in a glass and top with prosecco. Cheers!
