An Easter twist on a Bloody Mary - perfect for a Bank Holiday weekend brunch!
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Vodka
- 10ml Lemon juice
- 10ml Pickle juice
- Worcestershire Sauce to taste
- Tabasco to taste
- Carrot juice
GARNISH
- Celery salt rim
- Pickled carrots, pickle and dill
GLASSWARE

METHOD
- Rim a highball glass with a lemon wedge then dip into celery salt.
- Add vodka, lemon juice, pickle juice, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco to a highball glass.
- Fill the glass with ice then top with carrot juice and stir.
- Garnish with pickled carrot, pickle and a sprig of dill.
