A bittersweet and addictively refreshing spritz using Italy’s favourite soda - chinotto. As seen on BBC Saturday Kitchen on 12th October 2024.
INGREDIENTS

- 45ml Aperol
- 10ml Limoncello
- 180ml Chinotto
GARNISH
- Orange peel

METHOD
Add all ingredients to a spritz glass, stir and garnish with orange peel.
