Classic Margarita

Keep it simple and use a quality tequila.

INGREDIENTS

• 50ml Casa Noble Tequila Blanco
• 25ml Triple Sec
• 20ml Lime

GARNISH

• Pink salt rim

METHOD

1. Lightly dust a small plate with a handful of salt. Take a lime wedge and rim the glass by running it around the edge, then press the rim of the glass into the salt to coat thoroughly.
2. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice to shaker and shake vigorously until it’s frosty on the outside.
3. Double strain into your coupe glass.
