Since my trip to Portugal, I’ve been obsessed with vermouth and soda. Adding a Cold Brew ice cube has been an absolute GAMECHANGER!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can cold brew coffee, frozen into cubes
- 50ml Red Vermouth
- Top with soda
GARNISH
- Orange peel

METHOD
Simply freeze a can of cold brew coffee into an ice ball, then add with 50ml Red Vermouth and top with soda. It’s that simple!
