
Dirty Martini Dip
Dirty Martini, but dip it! A creamy, cheesy, boozy snack.

INGREDIENTS
(Serves 4)
Topping
- 1/2 cup olives
- 20ml London Dry Gin
- 20ml olive brine

20ml extra virgin olive oil
Dip
- 220g Cream cheese
- 40g Boursin
- 30g Blue cheese
- 15ml London Dry Gin
- 15ml Olive Brine
GLASSWARE
Martini (or dip bowl)
METHOD
Mix the topping ingredients together and set aside to infuse for at least 20 minutes. For the dip, add all ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth. Add your topping and enjoy!
