Dirty Martini Spritz
A savoury and refreshing spin on a classic dirty martini.

INGREDIENTS
(Serves 1)
- 45ml London Dry Gin
- 20ml Dry Vermouth
- 15ml Amontillado Sherry
- 15ml Olive Brine
- Top with Indian tonic
GARNISH
- Feta stuffed olives
- Rosemary Sprig
GLASSWARE
Highball or Spritz glass
METHOD
Fill a highball glass with ice, add all ingredients and top with tonic. Garnish with feta stuffed olives and a sprig of rosemary.
