Have your martini, ice cold and ready to drink quicker than you can say 'shaken or stirred'!
INGREDIENTS
Serves 7
- 420ml London Dry Gin
- 140ml Dry Vermouth
- 70ml Olive Brine
- 70ml water
METHOD
- Add all ingredients to an empty 700ml spirit bottle, shake well and put into the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours.
- When you're ready to serve, pour 100ml (1 serving) into an ice cold martini glass and garnish with olives.
