Fresa-rita Spritz

A sweet and fruity spin on a strawberry margarita.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Enemigo Tequila Blanco
  • 25ml Triple Sec
  • 25ml Lime
  • 5ml Honey
  • 1tbsp Marmalade
  • Handful of Mint Leaves
  • 5 Strawberries
  • Top with Lime Soda

GARNISH

  • Strawberry fan

METHOD

  1. In a cocktail shaker add strawberries, mint leaves and lime juice. Muddle until the strawberries are puréed.
  2. Then add the tequila, triple sec, lime, honey and marmalade add ice to shaker and shake vigorously until it’s frosty on the outside.
  3. Strain into highball glass filled with ice, top with the lime soda and garnish with a strawberry.
