Irish Coffee, but make it Summer!
INGREDIENTS
For the cream:
- 50ml Double cream
- 30ml Baileys
- 10ml Maple Syrup
For the coffee:
- 50ml Irish Whisky
- Top with Cold Brew Coffee
GARNISH
- Whole coffee beans
GLASSWARE
Latte glass
METHOD
To make the cream, whisk together the double cream, Baileys and Maple Syrup.
Add ice to a latte glass and add the whisky and cold brew coffee, give it a stir and top with the cream.
