A tropical twist on a frozen margarita.
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Mijenta Reposado Tequila
- 20ml Lime Juice
- 20ml Triple Sec
- 10ml Agave
- 10ml Doorly's 12yr Aged Rum
- ½ cup Frozen Pineapple
- 25ml Coconut Cream
- 10ml Cream of Coconut
GARNISH
- Desiccated coconut rim
- Pineapple leaf

METHOD
- Lightly dust a small plate with desiccated coconut. Take a lime wedge and rim the glass by running it around the edge, then press the rim of the glass into the coconut to coat thoroughly.
- Add all ingredients into blender with a large scoop of ice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into your coconut-rimmed margarita glass.
