Marga-colada

A tropical twist on a frozen margarita.

INGREDIENTS

GARNISH

  • Desiccated coconut rim
  • Pineapple leaf

METHOD

  1. Lightly dust a small plate with desiccated coconut. Take a lime wedge and rim the glass by running it around the edge, then press the rim of the glass into the coconut to coat thoroughly.
  2. Add all ingredients into blender with a large scoop of ice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into your coconut-rimmed margarita glass.
