Matt's Martini

Matt Tebbutt's perfect martini, as seen on BBC Saturday Kitchen 11/05/24.

INGREDIENTS

• 60ml London Dry Gin
• 10ml Dry Vermouth

GARNISH

• Lemon peel

GLASSWARE

Coupe

METHOD

1. Add all ingredients to a stirring glass filled with ice and stir until ice cold.
2. Strain into a frozen coupe glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
