INGREDIENTS
- 60ml London Dry Gin
- 10ml Dry Vermouth
GARNISH
- Lemon peel

METHOD
- Add all ingredients to a stirring glass filled with ice and stir until ice cold.
- Strain into a frozen coupe glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
