
Miso Martini
The ultimate umami martini.

INGREDIENTS
(Serves 1)
- 60ml Shochu
- 10ml Dry Vermouth
- 5ml diluted miso paste*
*white miso paste thinned 50/50 with hot water
GARNISH
- Toasted sesame seeds
GLASSWARE

METHOD
Paint on a small amount of miso paste onto the glass and dip into the toasted sesame seeds.
Fill a cocktail mixer with ice. Add all ingredients and stir down until ice cold. Double strain into martini glass.
