A hoppy twist on one of my favourite Summer sips using Extra Pale Ale. As seen on BBC Saturday Kitchen on 31st August 2024
INGREDIENTS
(Serves 1)
- 60ml White Rum
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 20ml Sugar Syrup
- 4 Mint leaves
- Top Polly's Floret Extra Pale Ale (approx 100-150ml)
GARNISH
- Sprig of mint
GLASSWARE
Highball or in the can! Check out this can cutter on Amazon.
METHOD
Build in the glass/can. Muddle the mint leaves and sugar syrup then add the rum, fill with ice and stir. Top with the Pale Ale, stir again, garnish and enjoy!
