
Olive Oil Bunny Mary
Clean and spicy spin on a Bloody Mary.

INGREDIENTS
(Serves 1)
- 50ml Olive Oil Vodka
- 10ml Lemon juice
- 10ml Caper juice
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- Tabasco to taste
- Top with carrot juice
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil
GARNISH
- Pickled Carrot
- Pickled Green Bean
- Sprig of dill

METHOD
Rim a highball glass with a lemon wedge and dip into celery salt.
Add olive oil vodka, lemon juice, caper juice, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco to a highball glass. Fill the glass with ice then top with carrot juice and stir.
Garnish with a pickled carrot, pickled bean, sprig of dill and a fresh grating of horseradish.
