INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Dangerous Don Mandarina Mezcal
- 25ml Cointreau
- 20ml Lime Juice
- 10ml Orange Juice
GARNISH
- Tajin rim
GLASSWARE

METHOD
- Lightly dust a small plate with a handful of Tajin chili salt. Take a lime wedge and rim the glass by running it around the edge, then press the rim of the glass into the chili salt to coat thoroughly.
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously until it’s frosty on the outside.
- Add ice to your chili salt rimmed glass, then strain in your cocktail.
