A sweet and sour sipper plum cocktail to tantalise the tastebuds. Serve with prosciutto for a classic aperitivo pairing.

INGREDIENTS
(Serves 1)
- 45ml London Dry Gin
- 10ml Sipello Bitter Aperitif
- 10ml Plum Sugar Syrup
- 15ml Lemon Juice
GARNISH
- Candied plum

METHOD
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake first (without ice). Then add ice to the shaker and shake again. Strain into a tumbler over a big cube of ice.
