My twist on a Guinness punch - one of my favourites every time I’m in the Caribbean. As seen on BBC Saturday Kitchen on 31st August 2024.
INGREDIENTS
(Serves 2)
- 250ml Milk Stout (like Broken Dreams Nitro Breakfast Stout)
- 120ml Whole milk
- 60ml Condensed milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Pinch nutmeg
- Pinch cinnamon
- 1 heaped tsp smooth peanut butter
GARNISH
- Whipped cream and a wafer
GLASSWARE
Highball or in the can! Check out this can cutter on Amazon.
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a blender with a handful of ice. Blend until smooth and pour into the glass/can filled with ice. Top with whipped cream and add a wafer garnish.
