Spicy Mezcalita

Spicy, savoury and devilishly delicious.




Rocks - shown in the picture is the Eileen handmade glass from amazing female-founded Lagom glassware.


  1. Lightly dust a small plate with a handful of Tajin chili salt. Take a lime wedge and rim the glass by running it around the edge, then press the rim of the glass into the chili salt to coat thoroughly.
  2. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker then muddle to break down the basil and coriander leaves.
  3. Add ice to shaker and shake vigorously until it’s frosty on the outside.
  4. Add ice to your chili salt rimmed tumbler, then strain in your cocktail and top of with a spicy corn rib.
