INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Dangerous Don Joven Mezcal Espadin
- 25ml Lime juice
- 15ml Agave
- 15ml Chili Liqueur
- 15ml Nixta Licor de Elote
- 10 Basil Leaves
- 5 Coriander Leaves

- Tajin rim

GLASSWARE

METHOD
- Lightly dust a small plate with a handful of Tajin chili salt. Take a lime wedge and rim the glass by running it around the edge, then press the rim of the glass into the chili salt to coat thoroughly.
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker then muddle to break down the basil and coriander leaves.
- Add ice to shaker and shake vigorously until it’s frosty on the outside.
- Add ice to your chili salt rimmed tumbler, then strain in your cocktail and top of with a spicy corn rib.
