INGREDIENTS
- 50ml/2fl oz tequila
- 150ml/5fl oz tonic
GARNISH
- Grapefruit
GLASSWARE
Highball
METHOD
- Pour tequila into the bottom of your highball glass.
- Fill the glass with ice and top with tonic water.
- Gently stir and garnish with grapefruit.
