INGREDIENTS
(Serves 1)- 50ml London Dry Gin
- 15ml Thyme sugar syrup
- Top with Grapefruit Radler (approx 250ml)
GARNISH
- Sprig of thyme and grapefruit slice
GLASSWARE

METHOD
Build in the glass/can. Add the gin and thyme sugar syrup, fill with ice and stir. Top with Grapefruit Radler, stir again, garnish and enjoy!
