The Ultimate Dirty Martini
The only dirty martini recipe you'll ever need!
INGREDIENTS
- 20ml /¾fl oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
- 60ml/2fl oz Gin - try Never Never Triple Juniper Gin
- 2 tsp olive brine or pickle juice
GARNISH
- Olive
- Mini pickle/cornichon
GLASSWARE
Coupe, martini glass or Nick and Nora
METHOD
- In a mixing glass, stir the dry vermouth, gin and brine over ice.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with an olive and pickle.
