My White Negroni recipe is what I call a ‘gateway negroni’ - it’s a bit sweeter, a bit lighter and perfect for a Summer sipping cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
- 25ml 58 and CO London Dry Gin
- 30ml Orange & Muscat Flora Sweet Wine
- 25ml Beesou Honey Liqueur
GARNISH
- Drizzle of honey

METHOD
Add all ingredient to a stirring glass with ice and stir down until perfectly blended. Strain into a tumbler filled with ice and drizzle with honey.
