58 and CO’s multi award-winning London Dry Gin has been infused with discarded cacao nibs & husks from their neighbours Land Chocolate, which compliment the smoky notes of bonfire toffee in our No.2 Camille’s Red vermouth. Both have been expertly blended with Italian bitters to create a rich & bittersweet negroni with hints of spice & chocolate orange.

No. 58 Carmen’s Negroni is ready to be served straight up over ice with a slice of orange, or even mulled on a cold day.
